I have a lot to say, dammit!

Life takes on an interesting quality when it is recorded, doesn't it? Especially mine. I live in New York city and I am generally looking for time to record what happens in my day to day life. Today some asshole stole my wallet in the subway station near where I live. I went to the library only to discover they didn't have public restrooms, so I left to go meet a friend for lunch and pee. I discovered my wallet was stolen, went back the library, talked to some people there, threw my hands up, sweated my way down 6th avenue to my friend's office.

Then the day got a bit better. It's the end of the summer here and the weather is changing ever so slowly into that lovely fall weather we anticipate all year round - the melancholy good stuff. My friend George and I kicked it around Soho, noticing how lovely the buildings there are and how the twilight hits them just right. We sat on Grand street drinking a coffee and people watching for a while. Then we went back to his office and watched the M.I.A. video - kind of ridiculous and amazing, in the sense that she hits all your buttons with no remorse. Her artwork is featured by the director of the video and it's definitely fly. Anyway, George realized he had to go home, I came home wallet-less and tried to be productive at home. I seek productive time and space, got any?
